Xbalee reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• In the event of a suspected Terms & Conditions violation
• If identity verification has not been completed
• In the event of a suspicious transaction being detected
• Where a user is suspected of being a minor
• Under court order or regulatory authority directive

You may close your account at any time by emailing support@xbalee.bet. Before closure, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance (subject to applicable conditions being met).

If an account is suspended, Xbalee will notify the member by email and provide an opportunity to resolve the issue.
